Tent Camping for the Whole Family

Would you like to spend your vacation on Enø and are you looking for a tent site in scenic surroundings, with restaurants/cafes, fishmongers, a smokehouse, and South Zealand’s best beach just outside your door? Then you’ve come to the right place.

In recent years, outdoor camping has become very popular — and for good reasons. Staying in a tent gives a feeling of being one with nature, and this form of accommodation offers different ways for families to spend their holiday together.

Is there anything better than spending a summer evening under a starlit sky?

Our unnumbered tent area is located next to a peaceful summerhouse area — the tent area is covered with grass and has a few trees. (see site map)

This is why you can only book a spot by email or by calling us — you can choose which end of the tent area you’d like to be in, for example, near the playground or behind the community hut, etc. We would also like to know the size of the tent you are bringing, so we can ensure there is space for everyone and we can comply with all fire regulations.

On the tent site, you also have access to electricity; just bring a CEE adapter/transformer plug and a cable/extension reel with an earth connection. If you forget the CEE plug, we sell them at the reception. 🙂

If you’re planning a holiday on Enø, bringing your bicycle is a great idea. We have beautiful nature and good bike routes to experience nature up close.

Some Practical Information:

You can wash/dry clothes in our two laundry rooms. Our kitchen is located in the large service building in the middle of the campsite. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, and gas burners. Unfortunately, we do not offer refrigeration options, but you can rent/swap ice packs at the reception.

We also have an outdoor kitchen and a small courtyard with picnic tables. There, you can wash dishes, prepare food on the gas burners or large gas grill, and then enjoy your meal either at the “bar” or at the two picnic tables. Our community house/TV room is also located by the large service building, where you can also sit and enjoy your meal.

If you’re in the mood for activities, we have a ball field, basketball, petanque, table tennis, and PlayStation. Additionally, other games are available for loan at the information desk.

We offer free Wi-Fi on the site. The code is ec100 when you are in the tent area.
